Sharon

Sharon was a relatively easy house for me to flip. It had a new driveway and a good foundation, both of which are rare in the Pasadena area. This house was supposed to be my homerun house, but unfortunately, the contract fell through two months into the process, and we ended up going over budget on renovations. Having to restart the process with another buyer caused the house's closing to drag on for much longer than I'd hoped. Sharon taught me never to count my money before I get it because anything can happen.
