Ramada

Ramada was my second flip, and it's one I still think about today. It was a cozy house with carpet in every room, vintage furniture, and good lighting. It had a large backyard with a nice patio. I was really excited to work on this property once I acquired it, and after renovations, it sold for $239,000.
