When I first heard about 19th Ave, I was hesitant. It was right by the coast, making it a pain to drive to and at the risk of any hurricane passing through, potentially blowing the house away. The small house definitely needed some fixing from its initial state, and with a little elbow grease and dedication, I helped turn 19th Ave into a beautiful summer home.
